Lead Times

We have two delivery windows stated at the bottom of the respective product on our WHS shop page. We understand it is our duty to delivery within these timeframes. If there are any problems with deliveries we would communicate this immediately with you. We are always interested in finding a mutually agreeable solution. Our products are made in Melbourne in small runs.


Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required for all orders before production can commence. The remaining balance is due when your order is finished and ready to be shipped. No order will be released until payment has been received in full. Title in goods do not pass until the final balance is paid in full.
We can not made responsible if the delivery window is missed due to delayed payments from the customer.

If the customer fails to pay the outstanding balance within 10 business days of the due date, the ordered goods may forfeit and goods may be sold elsewhere.
The deposit is non refundable.


Payment Methods

Our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We accept payments via wire transfers (Direct Deposit, International money transfer, SWIFT payments) if you order in person or via email. If you are using our online portal, all payment are via Credit Card or PayPal. For all online orders paid by CC or via PayPal, an additional transaction fee of 2% will be applied.
To pay the deposit of 50%, you require to enter the WHS discount code that we send to you on request at the checkout, which will discount your order by 48% (50% plus 2% transaction fee). The remaining balance will be invoiced at 50% of your order total.
International customers are responsible for all incurring transaction fees.


Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you intend to cancel or amend your order. Cancellations or changes to your order may not be possible if we have already commenced. Any refunds of deposits or rights to amend are at the sole discretion of LEOPHIL. Deposits are never refundable if your order is finalised and you fail to pay the final balance. The goods will stay in our possession and we reserve the right to distribute the items to a different customer if they stay unclaimed after 10 business days of the invoice’s due date.

We can not fully guarantee that a product cancellation can occur. In this case, the customer is eligible for a full refund of the deposit of the cancelled goods.


Shipping

EXW - for customers based in Melbourne, orders can be picked up at our Melbourne studio or delivered to you by courier.

FOB - Ships from Melbourne via Fedex or DHL, or your own freight forwarder.

Shipping will be calculated and billed separately according to your preferred delivery method and provider, destination, added services, weight and volume. All import taxes and duties are the customers responsibility.


MOQ’s

Minimum order quantities are indicated next to the product on our WHS shop pages. Minimums are per colour/per style. Within the MOQ’s, sizes can be chosen freely. For knitwear we can sometimes offer more colours than the main lineup lists. Please inquire if you are interested in options. We can not change composition of the yarn, pattern or measurements of the designs. Custom colours usually require a higher MOQ as we will need to order in these colours specifically for you. Colours are subject to availability by the supplier.
